74-year-old Margaret Cook, from Ilkley, is going to take the flame through the town on Sunday 24 June.

The former nurse was chosen in recognition of her work to support underprivileged women and children across the world.

She is also a member of Ilkley's Soroptimist International group and helps at the Christchurch Coffee Centre every week.
