Sam Boatwright has almost completed his challenge of running 50 miles a day for 50 days – that’s 2,500 miles – to raise money for Help for Heroes.
So far he’s raised £12,500 for the charity which provides direct, practical support to military personnel who are wounded, sick or injured in the line of duty.
Sam’s journey has taken him from Blackpool, up through Scotland and back down the East Coast of England; All the way down the country, across the South Coast and back up through Wales.
He’ll return to Skipton on Saturday and finish at the Rugby Club at 1pm.
