A pen, notepad, and glass bottle to file my stories in. What else would a journalist need?
What is a word you probably say too often?
What was your first ever Facebook/twitter post?
'Hmm, new twitter account, no followers, I'm actually talking to myself.'
What is the most shameful/embarrassing moment of your life to date?
The day I dismissed Alex Cann's mid-morning show as 'just pop and prattle.'
Do you have a life ambition, and if so, what is it?
Too many to mention.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Junior Murvin - Police and Thieves. Because it's perfect.
What is one of your favourite quotes?
"A lot of musicians are really hard to deal with. They aren't as smart as me." - Mark E. Smith
If you could witness any past, present, or future event, what would it be?
The 1954 Challenge Cup Final replay at Odsal, Bradford. A ground I go to regularly. Each time I imagine what it was like the day 100,000 people (or more) turned up.
What is the worst gift you have ever received, and did you hide or express your disappointment?
One Christmas, Alex Cann bought me some stripy socks with the face of a frenchman, four paper clips shaped like a bike, and a packet of Scooby Doo Top Trumps. To be fair, that wasn't bad for a £10 Secret Santa.
What is a quality that you believe you have, but a friend would disagree?
If you could know the answer to any question, besides ‘what is the meaning of life’, what would it be?
How to squeeze a 25th hour into the day.
Describe yourself in one sentence…
Information hoarder who likes to see an underdog win on penalties.
When growing up, who was your idol, and did you ever, or ever have the chance to, meet them?
When I was younger Harrogate Town Manager, Simon Weaver, was in my favourite ever Lincoln City side lead by the late, great Keith Alexander. I now get to interview him every week, which is slightly surreal. We usually end up talking about his time at Lincoln. That's how proffesional I am.
If you could be any fictional character, who would it be?
Producer Malcolm. He has an easy life.
