James Stanley

James is only just an 80’s child, coming into the world in the year of 1987 in the old mining town of Worksop. James has been around the houses, living in such places as Skegness, Margate and North Wales being the child of a Butlin’s holiday camp manager.

Having been to university to study media production and technology, but spending more time working on radio then on his studies, James somehow managed to get his first job with his beloved football team, Leeds United, working for LUTV. However he missed radio so much that when his former boss, Nick Hancock, got back in touch with the chance to get back on the airwaves, James didn’t give it a second thought.

James is married to Hayley, and is a big family man. He has a terrible taste in music, Michael Bolton, Steps and anything dance or trance. (Good job he doesn’t chose the music!) He loves to go out with his friends, checking out the latest films and having lazy Sunday’s walking around the countryside.
