PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS
Stray FM has been raising awareness of Knaresborough girl Sadie Rose Clifford who has been fighting a very rare and aggressive form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. For one whole day we changed the name of the radio station to 'Sadie Rose'. On Friday 27th January we helped to raise thousands of pounds by asking all our listeners to text and donate a fiver.
Stray FM is offering listeners a unique opportunity to do something 'extraordinary' for Saint Michael's Hospice. We're inviting listeners to join our very own Alex Cann, Patrick Dunlop and Sarah 'the Boss' Barry in a Skydive from 15,000 feet.

Music:
Stray FM plays a melodic adult contemporary style of music which allows us to play a big variety of songs. There are categories that represent music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and the 2000 decades, as well as recurrent songs and the latest ‘playlisted' music which highlights the best music of today - this takes the form of an A, B and C list with the A list being the highest rotated.
An example of a daytime hour follows:
Song 1 Spandau Ballet - Gold
Song 2 Forget You - Cee Lo Green
Song 3 Wet Wet Wet - Love Is All Around
Song 4 Kings of Leon - Sex on Fire
Song 5 Rufus/Chaka Khan - Ain't Nobody
Song 6 Michael Buble - Haven't met you yet
Song 7 Blondie - Heart of Glass
Song 8 Take That - The Flood
Song 9 Bryan Adams - Heaven
Song 10 Black Eyed Peas - I Got A feelin'
Song 11 Lady Gaga - The Edge of Glory
Song 12 Queen/David Bowie - Under Pressure
