M1 Southbound closed due to accident investigation work between J39 A636 (Durkar) and J38 A637 (Woolley). Note change of details.

As a result of a cow wandering onto the Motorway a collision involving two vehicles occurred close to Woolley Edge Services. A full closure at 22:40 for 30 minutes was reduced to lane one (Of three). At 01:10 the Motorway was closed again by Police. Updated: 03 July 2009, 01:16:50
