97.2 Stray FM and The Crown Hotel, Harrogate are giving one lucky couple the chance to win their wedding. Tell us why you think you deserve to win and you could be on your way to winning a wedding worth thousands!

Simply tell us why you deserve to win this 'once in a lifetime' prize. But unlike last year's competition, you're going to have to compete against the other finalists to win your dream wedding! That’s the easy part, so what do you need to do to win?

'Apprentice' Style Challenge

If you're lucky enough to be one of our five finalist couples, you will then compete against each other to win your dream wedding 'Apprentice' style. You will have to win over Stray FM listeners and persuade them that you and your partner deserve their vote. They will decide who to choose after hearing your story on air, along with details on strayfm.com including photos, video clips etc.

The Bearded Bride

Within the Stray FM area, you will have to gather as many votes as you can. Each couple will be given the same amount of time and geographical area, plus a special Stray FM wedding pack to help them raise the most votes.

The 'Bearded Bride' (our very own Pete Edwards done up in a wedding dress with red lipstick) will be out and about getting people talking about the competition to help the finalists gain votes! There will be one point for each couple for every web vote, but five points for a vote given in person whilst our finalists are out and about. Look out for them and give them your support! The top three finalists with the most points will go through to the next round.

Under The Hammer

Each couple will have to 'blag' three auction prizes from local businesses in order to raise the most money for their chosen charity live on air on 30th September. Our finalists will promote these items throughout the week before the live auction. The couple which manages to raise the most money will win the wedding worth thousands!

The winning couple must be available to get married on Friday 22nd October at The Crown Hotel, Harrogate. Your Bronté Wedding Suite has already been booked and is waiting for you to say "I do"!

You only have until midday 2nd September to get your entries in, so register here now. All entries will be considered by the judging panel and five couples will be chosen as the finalists based on their stories. The rest is all based on your efforts. The wedding at The Crown Hotel, Harrogate includes a Wedding Breakfast for 50 guests, all receiving a glass of champagne on arrival, an Evening Reception for up to 100 guests and a Bridal Suite.
