Electrician - Maintenance Operative Multi Skilled

(In House Maintenance Team)

Post Number: HT120

Grade: 7 Salary: £23,866 - £25,463 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

Permanent

 

 

The Council’s property services team are looking for an Electrician to work in their maintenance team providing reactive maintenance across the Council’s portfolio.

 

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake an Electrical role within a maintenance team to a high standard and should have a core skill in domestic Electrical installations.  Applicants will need to have the highest levels of customer care and have a cheerful and positive disposition.

 

Applicants will require minimum qualifications to apply:

 

BS7671 17th Edition of the current wiring regulations

 

G&G 2391 test and inspection or equivalent

 

A full driving licence is required and the successful applicant will be required to provide an emergency repair service outside of office hours on a rota with other operatives.
