Salary: £8.50 per hour/£18,122 per annum

We are now looking to appoint an Administrator to support the Housing & Support sector of our charity.

Job Summary

Provide administrative support to Housing & Support Services including data input, filing and photocopying

Key responsibilities

Provide administration support to The Director of Housing & Support Services, The Head of Residential Services and Quality, all Residential Registered Service Managers and staff teams.

Develop, co-ordinate and manage transport requirements for all Residential service users, maintain transport database and liaise with taxi-company, minibus drivers and Head of Property Services.

Responsible for purchases across Housing Services with cheque requests and management of procurement card and allocated credit allowance, including handling and transferring of cash, recording and logging of transactions. Manage and order stationery supplies, other materials and control of stock.

Create, implement, manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets including service user data, Contracts, fees and benefits information. Keep records and information up to date. Comply with GDPR and regulatory legislation, liaise with Housing & Support staff, finance, fundraising and marketing teams for data usage.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience of working in a responsible admin role in a demanding office environment.

The ability to demonstrate good customer care skills, efficient telephone manner and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels.

Evidence of excellent IT skills and the ability to effectively use a range of software Word, Excel, Power-point, Databases, Internet, Outlook email and calendar..
