Due to continual growth and expansion we are looking to appoint a Quality and Compliance Officer to manage and co-ordinate the regulatory process that ensure our services compliance with all statutory UK wide regulations including the Care Quality Commission.

Quality and Compliance Officer - Social Care

Salary: £13.49 per hour/£26,656.24 per annum
Hours per week: 38
Weeks per year: 52
Annual Leave: 25 days plus 10 Statutory holidays (pro-rata for part-time/term time roles)

DBS: Enhanced with child & adult barring

Due to continual growth and expansion we are looking to appoint a Quality and Compliance Officer to manage and co-ordinate the regulatory process that ensure our services compliance with all statutory UK wide regulations including the Care Quality Commission.

Key responsibilities will include:

To undertake an annual internal Quality Development Review of all services across the Charity with regular re-audits scheduled as appropriate.

To ensure that the business is up to date on all regulatory changes and manage regulatory consultation papers to ensure group wide input is received and Henshaws respond to any consultation relevant to the business

Proactively assist Managers and staff, when necessary, in the successful execution of regulatory inspections

The successful candidate will possess:

Level 3 or above in health and social care
Clinical audit and effectiveness experience
Experience of working with Service Users to improve services
Project management skills and a training qualification would be advantageous.
