The client is a market leading fulfilment solutions company who provide customer service from the point of order right through to delivery of the product. They work with over 90 clients over a vast range of sectors. They have an excellent working environment in newly renovated open plan offices. Role and Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for your clients.
  • Promote all aspects of the company from the contact centre, Response Handling, Fulfilment, warehousing and digital mail print solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Completing tasks and replying to emails within set KPIs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Data entry into a CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of campaigns and promotions
  • Convene review meetings with clients and publish agenda, minutes, and action points arising
  • Manage changes and the introduction/implementation of new business initiatives on behalf of existing and prospective clients
  • Manage Client expectations on performance and service offerings
  • Develop and use tools to manage productivity and quality

 

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Being self-motivated.
  • Experience ideal but not essential as full training will be provided

 

Working Monday to Friday either 8am till 5pm or 9am till 6pm. In Return you will receive a salary of £20,800 and development and progression opportunities. You’ll also benefit from free on-site parking and access to the on-site gym. You will be supported by helpful team leaders who will encourage your development and progression.
