An opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients in the Wetherby area as a HR Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

An opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients in the Wetherby area as a HR Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and all staff members
  • Send out online training to all staff members
  • Process new starters, contract changes and leavers on a weekly basis
  • Draft letters and correspondence
  • Provide general HR support via telephone and email
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships
  • Process DBS applications
  • Help with the organisation of payroll for over 1000 members of staff

Person Specification:

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Docs system or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a HR environment is desirable but not essential

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. The benefits of working for this company include 22 days holiday (11 of which must be taken during school holidays) plus 8 bank holidays. There is also the opportunity for the right candidate to gain a qualification with CIPD. Our client is offering a salary of £17,000-£20,000 depending on your experience.
