Great new admin role in Harrogate!

Our prestigious client based in Harrogate is seeking a further Operations Administrator to join their very busy Investment Management team. 

Duties are varied working on the Investment Management side of the business, primarily to support the Back Office team with ongoing operational administrative tasks. Specifically you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the Contracts process including stock setup, preparation of  a variety of letters and withholding letters plus sorting out nominees post. You will also ensure timely and accurate production of Market Maker payments requests, monitor Market Maker receipts, ISA Administration, ISA transfers, valuations, cash settlements, reconciliations, setting up of new clients and the maintenance of the internal database.

We are ideally seeking a candidate for this role who is seeking their 2nd / 3rd job after education, looking for a career direction and ideally with an interest in Investment Management and / or Financial Services.   

Ideally you’ll have good familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, be a good problem solver and keen to learn the business.

Full training will be given but, you will need to be focused, driven and have excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate needs to have experience in a process driven administration role combined with GCSE Maths & English (min C grade).
