A Female Personal Care Assistant is required to cover maternity 16 hours per week

A Female Personal Care Assistant is required to cover maternity 16 hours per week plus an additional one hour per month to support an energetic young lady who has Downs Syndrome.

 

The hours are; Tuesday 2-5pm  to take and support the lady whilst at the Gym; Wednesday 12pm – 4pm to take the lady to lunch then to support her whilst she completes her job at a hotel. Thursday 10-3pm to take the lady to singing group I the morning, then horse riding in the afternoon (every other week) Friday 10-3 pm, take her to the Gym then to her job at hotel for 2 hours,  then the afternoon can  be discussed.  

 

The duties are to support and take the lady out to various activities and interests, which includes, the gym, singing group horse riding and her place of work.

 

The successful applicant must have a clean driving license, be fun, energetic, be young at heart and have a positive attitude.

Exception under the Equality Act (2010) - the post is only open to female due to the personal assistance required.
