The Role: Assistant Manager

To be responsible for the scheme in the absence of the Manager including line management responsibilities. You will be responsible for promoting all aspects of Service user independence, care and wellbeing whilst maintaining their health and safety in line with assessments, support plans and legislative frameworks.

Personal qualities include: being knowledgeable of the health and social care sector, being innovative, enthusiastic, having good interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be able to lead a team of staff and will always demonstrate high standards.  In addition you will be comfortable using your initiative, taking ownership of tasks and be able to prioritise work and deal with work pressures.
