The successful candidates will support the Regional Registered Manager to provide overall leadership across our services within the Harrogate and Northallerton Region.

In addition, the post holder will support the Regional Registered Manager to lead, manage and develop staff to deliver personalised services in line with the Trust’s business plans and strategies.  You will have responsibility for ensuring that high quality services are delivered in a person centred way.  We are a constantly evolving organisation, working to ensure we continually meet the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support. We are looking for someone who thrives on managing change along with a pro-active attitude is able to enthuse and support managers and teams to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support. You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent or be prepared to work towards achieving it. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate significant experience and knowledge of working in and managing social care/health services across multiple sites, have effective computer and IT skills and hold a full driving licence.
