About:
Craven Museum will launch their latest pop-up exhibition in a most unexpected place. From Saturday 7th March until 29th May, Town End Farm Shop in Airton will host a temporary pop-up display curated with the help of museum volunteers. ‘From Farm to Fork’ explores some of the unique farming and food-related history of Craven through rare paper items from our collection. We share a window into the past of historic Craven with some of the delightful advertisements and receipts from farms, family grocers and tea rooms.

‘Stories and Treasures of Street and Dale’ is a National Lottery Heritage Funded Project to redevelop Craven Museum. During the three year project, events and activities created will excite and inspire, and the redevelopment will increase accessibility of the Museum and the collection, as well as create new and innovative displays to tell the stories and showcase the treasures of the Craven Dales.’

Town End Farm Shop can be found on the Malham road out of Airton in Malhamdale. They are open from 9.30am – 5pm Tuesday to Saturday and 10am – 5pm on Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays.
