AUDIO: Youth homelessness charity desperate for volunteers

A youth homeless charity says it desperately needs more volunteers in Harrogate. 

SASH supports 16 to 25-year-olds in North Yorkshire who are at risk of sleeping rough.

It's helped over 300 young people since January, and is currently housing seven in the Harrogate and Craven areas.   

The majority of young people who the charity helps become homeless through family breakdowns.

Around 35% are 16 to 17 years old, 6% are fleeing violence and 44% have mental health issues.
