A mum and daughter have embarked on a 25-mile walk from Leeds to Skipton to raise awareness of mental health problems.

Tracey Carroll lost her son, Samuel, five months ago to suicide, so the family are raising money for the Craven Centre in Skipton which is their local mental health centre.

Samuel's sister, Hailey, says that he was let down by the NHS, as he had gone to hospital asking to be sectioned, but had been discharged.

He took his own life later that day.
