Western Primary School in Harrogate needs your help in securing funding as part of the Aviva Community Fund 2017 to refurbish the playground.

If successful, Western would win £25,000 for the project.

Currently, Western has 470 children crammed into a very bleak playground, so they're more than desperate to secure the extra funding to transform playtime!

Western Primary, harrogate

The deadline to vote for the school is Monday 20 November.

Western is currently sitting around 7th in the leader board nationally, but this can change every day.

The school says it's overwhelmed with the amount of votes and support received so far.

Western has also secured support from Harrogate Grammar School and Andrew Jones MP, as well as a number of local businesses and parents, but it needs more help.

So, now it's time for the important part...

Each person is assigned 10 votes - adults and children alike can vote.

All you need to do is click on the Aviva website and register to vote.

The £25,000 needs to be spent before December 2018, so it will benefit the pupils at school today and for generations to come if people get behind the bid.
