WATCH: Parents of missing Skipton man say they'll never stop searching

It's nearly two years since a Skipton man disappeared on a night out in York.

Police believe Rory Johnson-Hatfield fell into the River Ouse near Skeldergate Bridge, but his friends and family think there is another explanation.

Rory's parents, Liz Johnson and Doug Hatfield, are urging people to help them find out what happened to him during a "missing six minutes" between sightings on CCTV.

He was last seen in the early hours of 20 November 2015, around Tower Street, Skeldergate Bridge and City Mills, but his dad thinks his disappearance is linked to some sort of confrontation.

Doug and Liz want to know why Rory was seen running and they believe he may have been chased.

They have been speaking to David Dunning from Stray FM's sister radio station Minster FM:

Liz created a reconstruction film earlier this year to show his journey through the city before he disappeared:

Chief Inspector Allan Westcott has carried out a review of the case and is keeping an open mind on what happened that night:

Anyone with information about Rory's disappearance is asked to e-mail or call North Yorkshire Police on 101.
