If you run a small business cashflow is an issue that is never far from your mind. Every job you do is important to making sure that the balance sheet stays balanced.

It can be incredibly frustrating then, when something happens to disturb that balance.

Perhaps a client refuses to pay, a supplier doesn't supply or valuations just don't match.

Left unchecked, these disputes can snowball, turning from mildly annoying into huge issues that could threaten the very existance of your business.

But for many small businesses, the path to resolving them can be tricky... and costly.

You may well be scared of what it'll take out of you emotionally and the amount of time it'll take to get someone to court. Let alone the money!

It doesn't have to be that way though! Get the right advice and they will put you in the right place to get the dispute resolved.
