From radiators that are more stylish than London fashion week, to making the most out of your energy bill, it's true that the team at Heating Style know a thing or two about getting it just right. But we're not just talking about keeping you toasty when it's cold outside. A year ago Director Paul Johnson went in search of hidden talent and discovered Stacy and Teona from Skipton who, fresh from education, were looking for business apprenticeships. So how has a year with Heating Style and parent company Crimson Bear panned out?

Tom Harland from Stray FM's Home and Garden Show talked to Paul, Stacy and Teona from Heating Style about their experiences including a research trip to Poland.
