What do solicitors do in their spare time?

Redlight Revival rockband on Stray FM Business Hub

(Updated 11:18am 4th December 2017)

Whatever the day job, everyone needs to unwind. One local solicitor may deal with court and legalities from 9-5, but is also a drummer in 70s inspired rock band Redlight Revival!

From knitting to running, yoga to rugby, taking the kids out to tackling your latest DIY job... having a hobby outside of your career is a great way to de-stress and enjoy something new.

By day Charlie Heppenstall is a partner at Weightmans Solictors, but by night plays drums in unsigned band Redlight Revival.  Touring both close to their hometown of Leeds around the North of England as well as the other side of the pond in LA at the Whiskey A Go Go, they play classic rock in pubs and clubs.

You can find out more about Redlight Revival here.

And also find out how they're helping people with cancer here.

Nick Hancock talked to Charlie on Stray FM's Business Hub about being both a solicitor and a rock star.
