With £5 billion worth of financial liabilities, the collapse of construction firm Carillion has left staff and suppliers in doubt, but who else could it affect?

Having dealt with many companies in financial distress or with those which have already collapsed Andrew Cawkwell from Newtons Solicitors has been keeping a close eye on the recent news story of Carillion. As with any large scale liquidation the full extent of impact won't be fully understood for a while, but it's important to consider the possibilities especially if you're part of company who may be affected financially.

If you're concerned it's always better to ask sooner rather than later.

Have a look to see what the team at Newtons could do to.

Beth Parsons talked to Andrew Cawkwell from Newtons Solicitors about the collapse of Carillion to hear how it could affect not only the construction industry but wider as well.
