Yorkshire production business drastically improves culture and communication following a series of coaching sessions with Saxton Partners in Harrogate.

Managing Director Nick Garthwaite has spoken out recently sharing his story of the profound success him and his team experienced following a range of executive coaching sessions from Harrogate based Saxton Partners.

"It was about five years ago when I first came across Sonia Saxton... I was under a bit of pressure at work, we'd just bought two further businesses, working long hours, and things were starting to come apart at the seams a little bit. And one of the guys at a Leeds peer group said I've used this really fantastic lady called Sonia Saxton... once we realised what some of the challenges were, what was getting in the way, Sonia was able to help me with some interventions... Once you've done those, actually I felt a whole lot better. So much so that I decided I actually needed to get the rest of my management team, if they wanted to, to go and also see Sonia as well." Nick Garthwaite, Managing Director of Bradford based chemical production company, Christeyns.
