Welcome to the modern day world of #health #and #fitness #hashtagging, peer pressure to get that perfect photograph, and a self absorbed reality of good lighting, flattering angles and hiding behind the truth. 

Ok ok, we'll slow down. Living a health lifestyle is a good thing, there's no denying that. Making sure you get enough exercise, get the right amount minerals and vitamins, and not too much of the "naughty stuff" is important, but have we gone too far?

With Summer upon us, Transform Life Solutions are urging people to not put themselves under too much pressure and to understand that encountering issues with either over or under eating is more common than you might think, and you probably don't even realise you're doing it.

And it's not only social media to blame for dreading getting your body out when the weather gets warmer. Your upbringing, education, social group and emotional trauma can be huge influences too.
