Adult ballet classes suitable for beginners are now starting in Harrogate.

Whether you used to dance in your childhood and want to rekindle that flame, or you have never danced in your life, local dance teacher Sophie Zealand is encouraging people to get involved... it's official, anyone can dance!

Plus in just one class, participants will burn 400-600 calories!

Known for choreographing the cast of the Harrogate Theatre Pantomime, Sophie the tutor explains "I just love it, I think that anybody can dance, it brings out so much joy in people."

Part of the new Autumn term of courses, the Ballet for Everyone classes take place on Tuesday mornings and run for 12 weeks.
