Back by popular demand, the Northern Shooting Show is returning to the Great Yorkshire Show Ground in Harrogate for its fourth year.

  • The Northern Shooting Show is back at Great Yorkshire Show Ground on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May 2019.
  • The show is open to shooting enthusiasts and novices to the sport of shooting, as well as families with their child-friendly ranges.

Shooting enthusiasts from around the country will gather for the Northern Shooting Show 2019 next month, featuring a number of exhibitors and experts to showcase the sport.

Exhibitions will include shotguns, rifles and airguns, as well as a regional heat of the BASC Gundog Scurry League.

The show welcomes anyone, whether they are gun enthusiasts or novices to the sport, and encourages families to attend, with ranges and safe demonstrations that are enjoyable for children.

What's on?

  • Optics & Nightvision - All the big names in optics will be attending the show, whether you're looking for a scope, binoculars or red dot system.
  • Artisans & Classics - Last year's Artisans & Classics Pavilion received great feedback, offering an informative area with displays of craftsmanship from a number of experts.

  • Airsoft Experience - The show now has an area dedicated entirely to the shooting sport of airsoft. Go along, watch the competitors and have a go on the range!
  • Outside Activity Areas - The outside area includes a 'try before you buy' airgun range, a speed shooting range with prizes and a 'Double Deuce' range to experience the thrill of semi-automatic rimfire rifles - regardless of your shooting experience!

  • Gundogs - The show will be staging a regional heat of the BASC Gundog scurry league, giving you the chance to witness the highly-trained gundogs in action. The organisers also encourage people to bring their own dogs, with a dog creche available whilst you enjoy what the show has to offer.

  • Bushcraft - The bushcraft area allows visitors to experience the outdoors, with a number of different activities and demonstrations for all ages including friction fire lighting, game prep in the field and safe use of a knife.
