When is the Harrogate Town FC Running Club?

There are two evenings a week available to join in:

  • Tuesday 5pm - suitable for complete beginners and currently doing the Couch-to-5K training plan. The session takes roughly 45 mins.
  • Thursday 5pm - suitable for those looking for a longer run who may be building up their fitness and stamina. Usually running 5 or 6km in total this session also takes about 45 mins.

Participation is free of charge.

The club meets at the 1919 Bar at the CNG Stadium on Wetherby Road in Harrogate.

The clubs are timed to coincide with the Player Development Centre training sessions so parents are welcome to drop their children off and then join in with the run.

Feel free to simply turn up or email Iain Service on community@harrogatetownafc.com for more information.
