Here in Yorkshire, we are blessed with some pretty incredible produce, but what is the fastest (and most reliable) way of getting those ingredients from field to plate? Class One Direct may be based in Skipton, but have suppliers all over the world and supply some of the finest foodie eateries in the North of the country. 

But how does that work? Beth Parsons from Stray FM's Food and Drink Show went to find out at Class One Direct
