Nine courses for eight diners, all snuggled away in a professional kitchen for a night of unforgettable food and decadence. With dishes you certainly won't forget in a hurry, and an intimate setting with chefs who have cooked for some serious VIPs before, the menu offered to diners changes on a weekly basis. The four chefs who work at True Foods Chef's Table create new dishes that make the most of seasonal flavours and produce from their kitchen garden. 

But it wouldn't be right to leave you thirsty.

When the chefs design the menu for their diners they also take their wine choices very seriously, selecting wines from all over the world which compliment the food. 

And it all looks pretty stylish too...

Beth Parsons went to talk to Mitch, Aled and Hugh at True Foods in the Chefs Table kitchen to find out what would be in store for diners.
