Which gadget are you most proud of in your kitchen? Got one of those fancy smoothie makers? Maybe you've got a pretty incredible espresso machine? Or it you're really fancy, maybe even an electronic mixer... never again will your arm ache from mixing?!

Well that's nothing compared to what the True Foods Chef's Kitchen near Ripon has got. 

A Dry Ager allows them to age their own meats to the perfection.

A centrifuge spins at the extreme rate of 4000 rpm which separates foods into their individual molecules.Even peas for example will split into four different levels (fibre, puree, fat and water)

A rotary evaporator allows liquids to boil at low temperatures which means the flavour isn't lost as it would be it were boiled at 100 degrees

The big green egg (looks like a big green egg...) but is actually a ceramic barbecue which can be used inside, heats up in under 5 minutes and allows you to make the most of BBQ flavour without having to fire up the coals

A dehydrator simply removes any water from food using heat to dry it out

And a freezedrier also remove the moisture, but with really cold temperatures

A pacojet shaves items such as ice creams and sorbets to make them super smooth

The Evogro creates six different environments allowing herbs to grow in their ideal environment
