The taste of Morocco arrives in various branches of Filmore and Union Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.

We might be over 2,000 miles from the North-West coast of Africa, but there's no shortage of Moroccan spices and flavours this week.

Already experts at slow-cooked tagines, Filmore and Union restaurants are offering three different options, all of which are gluten and dairy free:

  • North African sweet potato and apricot tagine (vegan)
  • Lamb, spinach and prune tagine
  • Malay spiced chicken and vegetable tagine
