Suppliers to Class One Direct and restaurants all over the North of England, Herbs Unlimited near Thirsk welcomes chefs to explore what they can offer the food industry in Yorkshire.

An open day on Tuesday 12th June 2018 saw a range of local and professional chefs and restaurant owners arrive at Herbs Unlimited to see and hear more about the herbs  that could be on offer to them, and importantly, their hungry customers.

Class One Direct supply many restaurants, pubs, cafes and hotels across the North of England including Harrogate, Craven and Wharfedale with fresh produce.

Fruit, vegetables, dried goods, meat, fish and dairy foods are some of produce that chefs rely on the team at Class One Direct in Skipton for, but this month, we're investigating the herbs.
