Purple brocolli, yellow beetroot, purple carrots and mutlicoloured tomatoes... fresh produce supplier Class One Direct are keeping the chefs of Yorkshire excited!

Bored of bangers and mash? Sick of spaghetti bolognaise? Fed up of fish and chips?

Food supplier to hundreds of venues, Class One Direct, has been spicing things up in the kitchen by inspiring chefs and their diners with some unusual products. 

Including purple, yellow and orange heritage carrots...

Did you know, all carrots were originally purple! It was the dutch who decided they should be orange as it deemed more appetising for consumers.
