Settle down for some quality food

Brasserie in the courtyard

Published at 5:09pm 1st November 2018.

Situated on the A65 at Settle, the Brasserie in the Courtyard serve up fresh, local, seasonal food and Stray FM's Beth Parsons has popped by to find out more.

Do you remember the old Cleatop Farm between Skipton and the Lakes?  Well that is now "the courtyard" featuring shops and dining, including the Brasserie.

Constantly working to keep the menu fresh and all produced in an open kitchen, the team at the Brasserie have an eye for playful and inventive new combinations.

Plus, they're one of the first near the Dales to be green-thinking by installing an electric car-charging point.

Family

With Christmas not too far away, the Brasserie is offering customers the chance to pre-order Christmas dinner to make it easier when the 25th December arrives for families, including the staff, to spend more time with each other rather than slaving away in the kitchen.

Listen to Beth Parsons from Stray FM chatting to the team at the Brasserie in the Courtyard.
