Charity Food and Drink Festival is coming to South Stainley

A popular country pub near Harrogate is gearing up for two exciting events as they look ahead to the Tour de Yorkshire and their own charity Food and Drink Festival.

  • The Inn at South Stainley are holding an Outdoor Bar & BBQ event as the Tour de Yorkshire passes the pub.
  • The country pub are also holding a charity Food & Drink Festival in aid of Martin House, including cooking demonstrations, wine tasting tutorials and live music.

The Inn at South Stainley are holding two exciting events to kick off your May Bank Holiday in style!

Outdoor Bar & BBQ

The country pub located between Harrogate and Ripon are celebrating the Tour de Yorkshire passing by on Friday 3rd May with an Outdoor Bar & BBQ event.

The Women's Race passes the pub around Midday, whilst the Men's Race will speed by around 5pm.

Charity Food & Drink Festival

The Inn are holding their own charity Food & Drink Festival on Friday 10th May, Saturday 11th May and Sunday 12th May as they look to raise money for Martin House, who provide hospice care for children and young people.

The pub will have a local produce food hall, BBQ, a wine and gin hall, wine tasting tutorials, a beer festival (with 30 beers!) as well as live music and entertainment.

The event will also include a cooking demonstration from Great British Menu judge and celebrity chef Michael O'Hare, who will be cooking his signature fish dish!
