Breast cancer support charity The Yorkshire Haven is encouraging people across the region to host tea parties as part of a new fundraising campaign.

'The Big Tea Cosy' is running until 14 February and has support from celebrities including Sir Derek Jacobi and Coronation Street's Antony Cotton.

It's also getting backing from Jo Wheatley (pictured) who won The Great British Bake Off in 2011.

Jo told Stray FM why she wanted to get involved:

Debra Horsman, The Yorkshire Haven's programme manager, said: "The Big Tea Cosy is a really fun initiative that everyone can get involved in to help support the work of The Haven in their area, and it's great to have some big names backing us and helping bring more people on board.

"The Haven helps breast cancer sufferers and their friends and family. We are the only national charity that provides free one-to-one emotional and physical support and therapies to anyone affected by breast cancer."
