Thousands of pounds have been raised for a West Yorkshire toddler who has been diagnosed with a rare neurological condition.

2-year-old Isabelle Barnett (pictured with her sisters) has Rett Syndrome, which affects around 1 in every 10,000 girls. 

It means she can't walk or talk, and is also at risk of suffering from seizures, epilepsy and breathing problems.  

Isabelle's family are raising money and awareness for charity Rett UK.

They're currently aiming to raise £13,000 to buy a machine to help Isabelle communicate. 

Isabelle's Mum and Dad, Jennifer and Simon, realised something was wrong when Isabelle was just over a year old.
