Are you sitting comfortably? Or are you standing? Or lying down? Either way, think about your posture. Does it feel correct to you?

There are many common posture mistakes that we seem to make including the following:

  • Slouching in a chair
  • Sticking your bottom out
  • Standing with a flat back
  • Leaning on one leg
  • Hunched back and 'text neck'
  • Poking your chin
  • Rounded shoulders

But how do you know which of these affect you? And how important is it to get right?
