Flowers - put a smile on your face and can say a thousand things.  More and more research though tells us that they are actually good for you! The effects they can have on mood, productivity, heart health and concentration are phenomenal.  

Chris went to see the team at Erica Berry Flowers, part of which you can watch below!  Flower's colours and the moods they create, Chris was the perfect guinea pig (but, as we say, at one point also a wild boar).  You 'll also be able to see this video here.
