Staying fit during the pregnancy is paramount in order to make labour as easy (and as enjoyable!) as possible. Whilst it can be a common misconception that being with child is a great excuse to eat more and move less, the team at O'Connor Chiropactic encourage expectant mothers to stay as fit and healthy as possible... which definitely doesn't mean eat more and move less in most cases.
