The modern take on spin classes at Go Revolution in Harrogate are an energetic combination of music, fun and exercise.

Warning: You may never return to an 'ordinary spin class again'.

What's so special about the Harrogate Go Revolution Classes?

When Stray FM sent  Health and Wellbeing Show host Beth Parsons to try out one of the classes at Go Revolution on Commercial Street in Harrogate, we were expecting the fairly standard electronic dance music, lines of spin bikes and a selection of begrudged attendees putting themselves through the class just to tick some calorie burning off the list.

But that wasn't what she came back saying...

"I literally grinned from ear to ear the entire time, I didn't stop smiling! Undoubtedly the best exercise class I've ever been to!" Beth Parsons

From Calvin Harris to movie themes, from Take That to Madonna vs Kylie, the range of themes is enough to keep most riders enthusiastic from start to end.

The 1970s themed class that Beth went along to, one of the Go Revolution  party ride classes, was full of team spirit, dance moves, singing and disco lights that would make most night clubs envious!

Opened by Suzie Thomas and Sophie Bickerdike, who also runs Go Yoga, around a year ago, Go Revolution has gone from strength to strength and is often now fully booked with eager riders most weeks.

“We didn’t want to go to a class and get shouted at, intimidated or bored with the routine of it. We wanted somewhere inspiring to go and exercise.” Says co-founder Suzie Thomas – former physiotherapist. “We wanted a non-judgmental class that would give us a full body workout with a feel good party vibe!”
