Christopher Nixon Optometrists in Starbeck is offering you the chance to win a pair of prescription or non-prescription sunglasses simply by voting on a pair of glasses for a band member of ‘The Often Herd’.

When Christopher Nixon went along to see new bluegrass group "the Often Herd" perform, not only was he blown away by their music and showmanship, an idea came to mind...what if Chris's team of highly skilled dispensing opticians narrowed a choice down to three pairs of potential glasses for Evan Davies and allowed you to vote via Stray FM's Facebook page?

The Glasses

The first pair Christopher Nixon has chosen for Evan is a Tom Ford pair of glasses which can be seen above in the middle; "they're very neat and slightly heavy looking", explains Chris.

The second pair, on the far right above are manufactured in the Netherlands by Dutz Eyewear and is a light-weight  blue and chrome combination frame.

On the left above, Evan is wearing pair number three produced by  Bevel, an American brand with a British designer – made in Japan! It’s a crystal acetate frame and Chris describes them as being, "a little bit out there!"

The choice is yours

You can vote for the three glasses via Stray FM's Facebook page and the winner who votes for the most popular pair will be selected at random to receive a pair of prescription or non-prescription sunglasses from Christopher Nixon Optometrists.   Plus Evan will receive his glasses too and The Often Herd will be looking better than ever next time on stage.
