Community health hub, Wellness Harrogate, recommends looking at these six aspects of wellbeing to investigate how your town is  doing in the world of health.

1. Physical Health

The most visually obvious sign of health, physical fitness is vital.

Harrogate's spa town origins means that the area has been a destination for healing since the 17th century, and this is something that continues into the modern day. 

There are over 70 health and fitness clubs to choose from... no shortage there then! Physical health is still a key focus of the town. 

The great outdoors also offers plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy exercise amongst some gorgeous Yorkshire scenery without paying a penny.
