Harrogate gym, Nuffield Health, has launched a week long competition open to all businesses on Hornbeam park. 

Which business can buildup the most 'moves' in 7 days?

Exercise classes, cardio machines, free weights, outdoor runs... it all counts towards the challenge thanks to the Technogym MyWellness app used by Nuffield Health in Harrogate.

How many 'moves' will you build up?

Teams of 5 from companies who are based on Hornbeam Park are being invited to take part and log their exercise on the app. 

Participants can also link up other apps including FitBit and Strava

The winning team will win the prize of a free 2-week membership to Nuffield Health Harrogate for the whole company. 

You do not need to already be a member to join in. 

The one week challenge comes to an end on Sunday 17th Feb 2019.

Nuffield Health in Harrogate underwent a gym refurbishment recently featuring new equipment, new classes and a slick new appearance. 

The also offer regular health MOTs which help users track their health and fitness in detail.

The swimming pool, sauna, spa and jacuzzi also offer the chance for a bit of R&R for the times you feel like being less active. 

Beth Parsons from Stray FM's health and wellbeing show talked to Liam Wattam the Deputy General Manager of Nuffield Health Harrogate and the Stray FM team featuring Will, Ben, Chris and Rosemary.
