  • The football club have continued developments to their CNG Stadium home that includes a new stand and renovations to the Hospitality Suite and 1919 Bar.

Away fans voted the matchday experience at The CNG Stadium to be the best outside of the football league at the National Game Awards in London, highlighting how much the club has progressed in recent times both on and off the field.

The award ceremony was held at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge Stadium and honoured the best non-league clubs in the country.

As well as winning the accolade for their experience off the field, Town had a memorable season on it in which they finished in 6th place in the National League, narrowly missing out on promotion at the hands of AFC Fylde in the play-offs.

Harrogate Town AFC was recognised for the experience received by away fans, from the food and drink to the hospitality and safety.

Mike Partridge, Community Director at Harrogate Town, was invited to the ceremony and received the award on behalf of the club:

"If someone had been to Harrogate Town five years ago and came back this coming season, they wouldn't recognise the place.

"The award is a reflection of not just the football club, which of course is important, but Harrogate itself.

"I felt very honoured to be there and I think it reinforced the fact that Harrogate Town is being evermore recognised as a major player at our level of football."

Developments to the CNG Stadium

Harrogate Town have continued to develop their ground on Wetherby Road, with a number of new additions to add to the overall experience on matchdays in recent times:
