Alexanders in Skipton set to launch summer menu

Popular Skipton restaurant Alexander's are set to launch their summer menu next week, devised by new Head Chef Paul Cunliffe.

  • Alexander's launch their summer menu on Monday 24th July as well as a set menu and Sunday lunch.
  • The menu incorporates a number of summer dishes and was devised by the restaurant's new Head Chef Paul Cunliffe.
  • The restaurant are also looking ahead to their White Party at the end of next month.

Alexander's are gearing up for the launch of their new summer menu next week, devised by their new Head Chef Paul Cunliffe.

The extensive menu is set to include a number of summery dishes, as well as a 'Snacklette' section that extends on Alexander's small plates and also new Sunday Lunch and set menus.

The restaurant is famous for its sharing plates and will stick to that approach with their newest menu, which will include dishes such as black pudding fritters, whitebait and treacle beef.

Alexander's Summer menu will include a summery Nidderdale lamb rump, served with asparagus, heritage potatoes, pomegranate and onion puree.

Head Chef at Alexander's Paul Cunliffe devised the summer menu using flavours and dishes from around the world and is excited ahead of the launch next week: 

"We wanted something that is accessible to everybody... the a la carte menu uses a lot of local produce.

"We're trying to extend on sharing boards and sandwiches and we're looking at tastes from around the world. There's something for everybody on there."

Tropical White Party

Alexander's famous Tropical White Party is back on Friday 26th July! 

The restaurant are celebrating their second birthday in style with a host of live entertainment, three course BBQ, DJ, Saxophonist, Stilt Walkers, Fire Artistes and everything else from The White Isle.
