It's a busy old place the Harrogate blogging community these days.

The town seems to provide ample inspiration for a number of writers who are busy building an audience by documenting elements of their lives.

One of them, Victoria Turner, A.K.A. 'the Harrogate Girl', has been speaking to us after recently being shortlisted in the UK Blog Awards 2017.

Victoria set up the lifestyle blog around a year ago, covering topics from food and travel to health and beauty.

She says her aim is to "showcase what a beautiful town we live in and what it has to offer."
